I played the vina until my heart turned into the same instrument. Then I offered this instrument to the Divine Musician, the only muscian existing. Since then I have become His flute, and when He chooses He plays His music. The people give me credit for this music which, in reality, is not due to me, but to the Musician who plays his own instrument.

"It's a matter of seeing the original meaning of all things.  The world is full of all kinds of meanings. But our minds are so fettered by the lies and falsehoods they make for themselves, that they cannot see the beauty, goodness, or truth of those meanings.  Only a mind that has become free can see such things, and that seeing is also a making.  Because what exists, if no one can see it, might just as well not exist at all, but if seeing comes, nonbeing is turned into utter being.  Originally a poem is something seen, and although we don't say that we see a poem but that we make it, that is what is meant."

In everyone's life, at some time, our inner fire goes out. It is then burst into flame by an encounter with another human being. We should all be thankful for those people who rekindle the inner spirit.

There is never any end
There are always new sounds to imagine
New feelings to get at
And always there is a need to keep purifying these needs and sounds
So that we can really see what we've discovered in its pure state
So we can see more clearly what we are
In that way, we can give those who listen to the essence
The best of what we are
